Options to Resolve Unpaid Dues in Health Associations in Jordan

The Government of Jordan is undertaking relicensing of health care professionals linked to mandatory continuing professional development. A hurdle, however, is the issue of arrears in health professionals’ membership dues to health associations. The LHSS Project carried out a literature review and conducted face-to-face interviews with Jordan’s main health professional associations to discuss the status of arrears and potential solutions. This document presents key findings and options to resolve the issue of unpaid dues for each of the main health associations.
