Piloting of the Most Significant Change(MSC) Monitoring Tool in LHSS Bangladesh

The Most Significant Change (MSC) is a complexity-aware monitoring approach that helps us track and understand important changes happening in systems, practices, organizations, and people. LHSS Bangladesh has applied this MSC tool to identify, evaluate, and understand the most substantial changes within our primary health care system functions. This infographic highlights: a) the most significant changes in specific domains of primary healthcare systems functions, b) the overarching impacts resulting from these significant changes, c) the enablers that have contributed to driving these changes forward, and d) the barriers that have hindered progress in certain areas.
