Supply Chain Management for COVID-19 in Uzbekistan: Assessment and Recommendations

This report presents the results of an assessment of the Uzbekistan supply chain management system for COVID-19 and emergency commodities. The LHSS Project conducted this assessment at the request of USAID. The report finds significant variation in the maturity of the various component functions of Uzbekistan's broader supply chain management system. The report provides information on enabling and operational aspects of the system, identifies priority gaps within each functional area, and presents recommendations. The content provides the foundation for the Ministry of Health to develop a strategic plan or roadmap to improve supply chain performance.
