Tool to Optimize Health Programming and Evaluation in Madagascar

LHSS worked closely with the Ministry of Public Health in Madagascar to examine factors hindering effective health care delivery. This visualization highlights issues such as inconsistent planning structures, budgeting challenges, and lack of resource visibility and outlines opportunities to strengthen processes and improve health sector performance.
